Return Policy

Arara Jewelers is proud to provide our customers with free 30-day returns and exchanges for jewelry purchases.

For items purchased in a Arara Jewelers store, please refer to your printed receipt as the return policy may vary based on the item(s) purchased. Merchandise must be in new and unused condition. All returns require the original sales receipt or packing list, or a copy thereof. Watches must contain the original tags unaltered and in place, accompanied by the original instructions. Returns will be credited in the original form of payment. Ring sizing fees are non-refundable. Some personalized and engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
